Experience the entire skyline of Rotterdam? Take a romantic evening walk along the Nieuwe Maas and enjoy the view. Because of the large bend in the river you have a beautiful view of the distinctive skyline of Rotterdam. Below tips for drinks with skyline view!

Along the Maasboulevard you can see the best that the city has to offer: old buildings that are accompanied by architectural highlights. In fact, this is the only place where you can catch the Erasmus Bridge, the Willemsbrug and De Hef at a glance. Beautiful skyline photos are guaranteed!

Did you know…

Is the old Tropicana on the Maasboulevard? Which Rotterdammer did not swim as a child in the tropical swimming paradise? The building has been empty since 2010. In 2015 it was auctioned for 1,7 million. Although many people would like to see the pool restored to its former glory, almost a year later it is still unknown what the new destination will be. Well you can go to the here Alohabar, a nice restaurant with a fantastic view. (Very special food. The service is sometimes a bit slow, but friendly.)

Stand at the Rhijnspoorkade at number 40. As you can see from one of our visitors in the picture below, you have a beautiful view. From left to right you can see the De Unilever Bridge, De Hef, the Erasmus Bridge, the Willems Bridge and the Tropicana tropical swimming paradise right at the right.
